If Hipcamp Support or a Host provided you with a refund for any reason, we will issue the refund immediately. Your bank may take between 7 and 10 business days to post the refund to your account. If you do not receive your refund after 10 business days, please feel free to contact Hipcamp Support for a status update and a receipt.
All refunds will be issued to the method of payment you used to book your trip. We are unable to issue refunds to alternate forms of payment, but if the account associated with the card that you used to book your trip is the same, no need to worry! You'll still receive your refund regardless if your card is expired or has been reissued.
You will receive an email notification when a refund has been issued. You can also check your refund amount on your booking receipt.
