2026 is fast approaching so here are some tips to ensure you're good to go for the coming year.
๐ Set your Units to Live and update your calendar ๐
First, make sure your Units are live and bookable if you were previously paused!
Your Calendar is open in accordance with your booking window, and campers can book any dates that are available. If youโre not open all year, nowโs the perfect time to block out your closed dates so you donโt receive any unexpected bookings.

โ๏ธ Set your base and special pricesโ๏ธ
If you use a PMS, your pricing will not automatically carry through to Hipcamp, you need to update it in Hipcamp specifically.
Review your base price, set special prices for high and low seasons, and consider using our holiday pricing tool. Note that special pricing will always override your base price.
Not sure how much to charge for your property? Our pricing FAQ can help you decide what works best for your Listing!
