Setting up holiday pricing helps you capitalise on peak demand, whilst saving time and hassle. Simply pre-set your price changes and they will automatically be applied across all holiday dates. You can experiment with increasing your base price and/or increasing the minimum number of nights guests can stay over, which can increase your earnings during busy periods.
How to offer holiday pricing
To set up holiday pricing:
- Click on Property from your Host Dashboard or the Property tab on the app
- Click on Units
- Click on the unit you would like to edit
- Scroll down and click on Pricing on the lefthand menu
- Click on Public Holiday price
- Enter the percentage increase you’d like to apply to your base price during holidays, or use the scroll function to increase the price
- Adjust the number of minimum nights you’d like to require during holidays
- Don’t forget to hit Save!
If you have more than one unit, you'll be able to do this separately for each unit.
Important notes
- Holiday price increases will also increase your price for additional campers at the same rate
- Holiday pricing will not override special night pricing. So, if you’ve set up a special price during the holidays, campers will see that price.
