Instructions for designated sites
How do I delete an undesignated site?
You can decrease the number of undesignated sites if you would like to delete a site. To do this:
- Click on Property from your Host Dashboard or the Property tab on the app
- Click on Sites
- Click on the Site you would like to edit
- Scroll down and click on Site Type on the left side of the screen
- Click on Site Assignment
- You will see the question 'How many groups can camp here at once?’
- Decrease the number of undesignated Sites
- Click Save
How do I deactivate a designated site?
To deactivate a designated site:
- Click on Property from your Host Dashboard or the Property tab on the app
- Click on Sites
- Click on the site you would like to deactivate
- Click on Site Status
- Select Deactivated
- Click Save
Hipcampers cannot see or book a deactivated site. You are able to reactivate a deactivated site in the future.
