Yes. If a camper made their reservation through Hipcamp and you haven’t yet verified your listing, we may have placed the booking on your behalf. If the camper asks to make a change—or if you need to adjust the reservation—we can help.
This article explains how rescheduling works for listings created by Hipcamp using public information, before you've claimed or verified the listing.

If you need to make a change
If something changes and you can’t accommodate a camper’s original booking—for example, if a site becomes unavailable or you need to adjust the dates—please contact Hipcamp Support. We’ll work with the camper to offer alternative options and help make the change for you.
We’ll always coordinate with you before confirming any changes with the camper.
If the camper wants to make a change
If a camper contacts you directly to ask about changing their dates, site, or other details, just let us know. We’ll reach out to the camper and confirm the updated information with them, then place the new booking if needed.
You can also direct the camper to message Hipcamp Support directly—we’re happy to help.
Payment and policies
If the rescheduled stay has a different price, we’ll process any adjustments with the camper and cover the revised booking on our end.
Your existing cancellation and modification policies will still apply—we’ll work with you to respect those terms.
