Not to fear! It is easy to make sure the headcount is updated so your payout is correct.
The easiest option is to ask your Hipcamper to update the headcount themselves if they have the Hipcamp app on their phone. They can easily update the group size on their Trip page, their card will be charged, and you will be paid out the correct amount.
You can share these instructions with them for how to make this update if they aren't sure how to do it.
If they don't have the app or if there isn't enough phone service or wifi connection to make that change on your property, please file a support ticket and we can update the headcount for the booking. Please let your Hipcamper know that this is happening that they will be charged appropriately according to your pricing settings.
