A small commission is charged on bookings
Hipcamp only takes a commission when you start hosting and receive bookings. Private landowners are subject to a 15% rate and PMS-integrated parks have a 12.5% rate. The commission is automatically deducted from each booking and clearly shown on your payout statements.

- Marketing efforts to get you more bookings: We’re focused on email and social media ad campaigns, brand partnerships, SEO marketing, PR campaigns, and expanding awareness at industry events
- Insurance coverage: Up to $1M in protection (or $10M AUD for Australian Hosts) through the Hipcamp Insurance policy.
- Dedicated support: Assistance 7 days a week from local Hipcamp Guides.
- Advocacy: On the ground policy work to protect your right to host
