For the time being, we recommend you sign up for a Hipcamp account using another internet browser or do so on a mobile device. This should allow you to complete your sign up without getting an error. You will be able to log in on your computer browser after you sign up via mobile.
Here are some other troubleshooting tips that may help:
- Use the most up-to-date version of Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
- Clear the history, cookies, and cache in your browser.
