When you create a Hipcamp account, we send a confirmation email to the email address linked to your account.
Please check your inbox for an email with the subject line ”Confirm your Hipcamp account”. Be sure to also check your spam or junk folder.
Open the email and click “Confirm email”.
If you can’t find the email, you can resend the confirmation email from your Hipcamp account. You can find the instructions below.
I need to resend the confirmation email:
You can do this from the Hipcamp website on an internet browser on your phone or computer. Please note, this tool isn’t currently available on the app.
🌐 Mobile browser instructions
- Login to your Hipcamp account
- Select the menu icon and then Profile
- Look for the Email field
- Click Your email is not yet confirmed. Resend confirmation email
- You will receive a new email to the email address linked to your Hipcamp account
🖥️ Desktop instructions
- Login to your Hipcamp account
- Click on your photo icon/the Hipcamp avatar in the top right corner of the screen
- Click Manage account on the lefthand side of the screen
- Look for the Email field
- Click Your email is not yet confirmed. Resend confirmation email
- You will receive a new email to the email address linked to your Hipcamp account
