If you are unable to see your booking history or messages on your Hipcamp account (for example, a booking isn’t showing in the app), you are most likely signed into a duplicate account that is not the same as the one that is connected to your booking history.
You may have already set up a Hipcamp account by logging in with Facebook, Apple ID or under another email address.
Think about whether you have made any past bookings through Hipcamp and how you may have created an account!
If you are aware of another account, one option is to log out of Hipcamp and then log in to your previous account. If you need to reset your password, you can follow these instructions, and you'll be back in your account in no time!
