If you need to update the name, email address, or phone number on your Hipcamp Account, you can do so from your ‘Profile’ page!
You can find the instructions for updating this information on desktop (computer) or mobile brower (internet browser on your phone or tablet) below.
I no longer have access to my email
Note: You aren’t able to update your account details on the Hipcamp app. You need to use an internet browser on your device to change your name, email address, or phone number.
🖥️ On desktop
Click on your photo icon/the Hipcamp avatar in the top right corner of the screen.
Click Manage account on the lefthand side of the screen
Edit the fields that you would like to change
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and hit Save changes
If you are updating your email address, we will send a verification code to your original email address. You need to enter the verification code received via email address on the Hipcamp website.
If you navigate away from the email verification page on Hipcamp, you can find it again by heading to this link: https://www.hipcamp.com/u/email-verification

- Log into Hipcamp.com
- Click on menu icon on the top lefthand corner of the screen
- Select Profile from the menu
- Edit the fields that you would like to change
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and hit Save changes

I no longer have access to my email
If you don’t have access to the email address linked to your account, you will need to contact Hipcamp Support. We will request verification of your account details before proceeding with changes.
