As a Host, you can schedule automated messages to be sent to your confirmed guests. You can even add attachments such as images, PDFs, or word documents to be sent with your written text.
Reasons you might want to schedule messages
- To remind guests of your Property’s rules
- To detail some of the features of your Property
- To recommend activities in and around your Property
- To provide detailed arrival instructions or directions
- To provide maps, visual instructions, or welcome packets
How to set up your scheduled messages

- Head to your Inbox
- Select the Scheduled message tab in the left panel
- Click +Create a new scheduled message
- Name your scheduled message and draft your message to your future guests
- Tip: You can add fields such as ‘first name’ or ‘site name’ that will autofill based on the Hipcamper’s information
- Click Attach files to add any attachments
- Select when it should be sent from the list of these options:
- Immediately after request to book
- Immediately after booking
- 1 week before check-in
- 48 hours before check-in
- 24 hours before check-in
- 8am local time on check-out day
- 2 hours after check-out
- 24 hours after check-out
- 1 month after check-out
- 6 months after check-out
- Select which Sites this scheduled message applies to
- Click Save
Your new scheduled message will be sent to your Hipcampers!
