To complete the background check for your Host account, follow the steps below:
- Open the Hipcamp app or website on your mobile browser and go to your Property tab
- Scroll down and click on Insurance and Verification
- Click Complete
- If you have not yet filled in the Insurance questionnaire, please do so and click Save
- Click Verify ID and then Begin verifying
- Select the country your ID is from
- Choose the type of ID you’ll use
- Follow the prompts to take a photo of your ID using your phone’s camera.
- Once you complete the ID verification steps, the background check will automatically be triggered
