You send a request to your Host to add Extras to your booking anytime up until your trip check out time!
You can request new Extras from your Trip page on web, mobile web, or via the Hipcamp app.
Select the quantity of Extras you want to add on the next screen
Review the total order and submit the request to your Host
When you create a request to add Extras to your existing booking, your card will be authorized for a pending charge for the amount of the Extras.
Your Host will have 24 hours to accept or decline your request, which will either charge your card or release the charge hold which will disappear from your card statement within 10 business days.
You will receive updates via email and push notification in regards to the status of your request. We recommend you have the Hipcamp app downloaded and that you have app notifications enabled to easily view alerts in regards to your Extras request.
