It's not possible for you as a Hipcamper to modify your booking to move to a different Unit.
If you want to change Units, you will need to cancel your original booking and go through checkout again for the correct Unit.
Important: If you are outside your Host's cancellation policy, we highly recommend writing to your Host via Hipcamp Messages to talk about this plan. They should give written confirmation of a refund for the first booking on the condition that you book the other Unit before you cancel to ensure this change goes smoothly.
Once you rebook, you can Contact Hipcamp Support (click here) so we can ensure that your original service fee is refunded! Please note that it could take 7-10 business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
