We understand that emergencies and things beyond your control happen, and we won't hold those against you. However, too many cancels creates a negative experience for Hipcampers, so our policy on cancellations is as follows:
- 1st cancel: We'll reach out to see if we can help, and provide a quick reminder on our policy.
- 2nd cancel: We'll reach out again to see if we can help and understand what happened.
- 3rd cancel: We may have to sleep your listing, depending on the circumstances of your cancellations.
