We understand that you may have to decline a booking if the trip is not the right match for your property, and we understand that accidents happen with the occasional booking request expiring before you can accept or decline it.
Our policy requires that you do not decline or expire more than 20% of your booking requests. If you pass this threshold, we may reach out to see what possible changes can be made to increase booking acceptances.
If you keep responding to booking requests, your acceptance and response rates will improve. The scores are based on your last 10 booking requests. We can’t manually change an expired request after it expires, and we recommend that you keep responding and your score will soon return to 100%.
