We will take the $100 out of your next payout after the shoot is completed.
Refund policy:
- Please note: due to the nature of photographers traveling distances to get on location, we cannot offer a refund if you need to cancel the photographer’s visit. After it has been scheduled, there is no refund unless the photographer themselves cancel. Please sign up with this in mind.
Rescheduling:
- One reschedule with more than 2 days notice is fine, but after that we will need to treat it like a cancellation and charge you for the shoot.
- If you need to reschedule due to weather or an emergency, please do not cancel the booking. Instead, communicate with the photographer ASAP. Settle on a new date and ask them to modify the dates of their booking.
Photographer Cancellations:
- Photographers should provide at least a week’s notice if they need to cancel, but unforeseen issues like car trouble can occur. If this happens, we’ll do our best to connect you with a new photographer as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
