We will take the $100-$150 depending on the quote provided, out of your next payout after the shoot is completed and photos have been uploaded to your Hipcamp listing.
Cancellation Fee:
- If you cancel within 24 hours of the shoot date, we will need to charge you a $50 fee as we need to reimburse the photographer for their time.
Rescheduling:
- One reschedule with more than 24 hour notice is fine, but after that we will need to treat it like a cancellation and charge you for the shoot.
- If you need to reschedule due to weather or an emergency, we recommend communicating with the photographer ASAP. Settle on a new date and ask them to modify the dates of their booking, or email in to photography@hipcamp.com and we can modify the dates.
Photographer Cancellations:
- Photographers should provide at least a week’s notice if they need to cancel, but unforeseen issues like car trouble can occur. If this happens, we’ll do our best to connect you with a new photographer as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
Refund policy:
- Completed shoots are generally not eligible for refunds, but we will evaluate on a case by case basis.
