If Hipcamp Support or a Host provided you with a refund for any reason, you will see those funds reflected in your account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. If you do not receive your refund after 10 business days, please feel free to contact Hipcamp Support for a status update and a receipt.
All refunds will be issued to the method of payment you used to book your trip. We are unable to issue refunds to alternate forms of payment, but if the account associated with the card that you used to book your trip is the same, no need to worry! You'll still receive your refund regardless if your card is expired or has been reissued.
