You will be refunded in line with your Host's Cancellation Policy. You can review which cancel policy you agreed to at checkout on your Trip Page.
When eligible for a refund, we issue your refund immediately when you cancel. Your bank may take 7-10 business days to post the refund to your account.
When a refund is issued, you are sent an email that includes the refund amount and receipt. You can also find your receipt on your Trips page.
If you cancel outside of the Host's Cancelation Policy, you will not be refunded.
