What is a Host booking statement?
A Host booking statement provides a detailed breakdown of each individual booking, including the booking costs and your earnings.
The statement will include:
- The Base Price for each night
- Occupancy Tax collected
- The Additional Guest Fee per night
- Any Extras purchased
- Cleaning Fee (if applicable)
You will be able to see:
- The Subtotal (total before the Host Service Fee/Tax is deducted)
- The Host Service Fee
- Whether the collected tax will be remitted by Hipcamp or will be included in your Payout
- Your Earnings
- Whether a refund has been issued
Where can I find a Host booking statement?
You can find the booking statement in the following locations:

On your Calendar
- Click on the booking on your Calendar
- On the booking pop-up, click the link that says View Full Statement

On your Bookings tab
- Click on the booking on the Bookings tab
- On the booking pop-up, click the link that says View Full Statement

In your Messages with the Hipcamper
- Locate your message thread with the Hipcamper in your Hipcamp Inbox
- On the booking panel on the righthand side of your screen, click the link that says View Full Statement

On your Payouts tab:
Note: This option is only for bookings you have already been paid for.
- Navigate to your Payouts tab
- Select the Payout date for the booking you would like to review
- Click the booking number from the dropdown menu
