As a Host, you are able to find your Payouts tab linked here by following these steps:
Desktop: Hover over Host Dashboard on the top right and then select Payouts and taxes from the dropdown menu
Mobile web: Click the menu icon on the top left and then Host Dashboard. From there click Payouts and taxes.
Please note: The Payouts and taxes tab isn’t yet available on the app.
Payout history tab
The Payouts tab will automatically open on the Payout history tab. This page will show a history of any payments that have been transferred to you in order from most recent to least recent. Each payout will show the date it was transferred.
Simply click onto a date to view more info about a payout. In the dropdown you will see a list of bookings that made up the payout and the Earnings, Taxes, and Transferred amount (Host Earnings + Taxes remitted by Host).
If you would like to see a history of payouts within a specific timeframe, use the date range selector at the top of the page:
- Enter a start date
- Enter an end date
- Click Filter
- To go back to viewing all payouts click the Clear button
Note: Payouts will only show on the Payout History tab once they have been issued.
Downloading CSV file of payouts
- You can create a customised download using the date picker mentioned above
- If you do not select a date range, the download will include all past payouts
- Click the button that says Download CSV
Manage payouts and taxes tab
To navigate to the Manage payouts and taxes tab, click the link on the top lefthand side of the page:
From this tab you can:
Enter your payout method:
Hosts receive payment as direct deposit via payment provider Stripe. You are able to create or connect your Stripe account to receive payouts:
- Click the link on the word ”here”
- Click Payouts on the lefthand menu
- Click Set Payout Method
- Click Connect with Stripe
- Follow the prompts
If you have already set up a Stripe account, you will see the following message:

View monthly VAT Invoices
You can view your invoices for monthly VAT summaries. These can be used for tax reporting purposes.
Select a month from the dropdown and then View to view or print an invoice.
