Sometimes new Hosts accidentally overlook emails. If your booking request expires, please try requesting your desired date a second time.
If the Host responds to your outreach, contact support@hipcamp.com and we can help you adjust the booking. If you can’t reach the Host, reach out to support@hipcamp.com letting us know, and we’ll try to help you reach the Host.
Ultimately, if the Host is unresponsive, they may be removed from the assignment list, and you’ll need to select a new assignment.
