When you Instant Book a site for an assignment you will receive an immediate booking confirmation email. However, you still must establish a line of communication with your Host via your Hipcamp messages, text, email, or phone call.
Do not show up at a property without connecting with the Host beforehand, as they need to confirm they are aware of and prepared for your arrival.
If you have not heard back from the Host after several attempts and the booking is upcoming, let them know you are going to cancel, and you can cancel the booking. You can also email us at support@hipcamp.com to follow up with the Host.
