If you haven’t received a response to your Hipcamp messages, you can find the Host’s contact number and email address on your booking confirmation on your Trips page.
If your Host is still unresponsive but you need to get in touch with them urgently, please contact Hipcamp Support (click here) so we can help you.
If you have an upcoming assignment, but have yet to hear back from the Host, do not go on that assignment. Contact Hipcamp Support (click here), and let us know you never heard back from them, and we will attempt to get in touch. If you aren’t hearing back from the Host, it’s likely that they’re unaware of your arrival.
