To become a Host using your existing Hipcamp account, you first need to log in to your existing camper account! Once logged in, you can either click this link or follow the steps below.
Important: This process must be completed through a web browser on your computer or mobile device; the Hipcamp app does not support updating to a Host account.
On desktop
- Visit the Hipcamp website and log in with your current camper account email.
- Click on your avatar/photo in the top-right corner of the page
- Hover over your avatar/photo to see a new dropdown menu
- Select “Become a Host” from the dropdown menu
- You’ll be redirected to our Host signup page, containing information about Hosting and a signup form with your pre-filed details
- Select the Accommodation types that you plan to list
- Click“Get Started” to become a Host and start your listing
On mobile
- Log in to the Hipcamp website on your mobile using your camper account email
- Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner
- Select Profile from the menu
- Click the Hipcamp logo next to the search bar
- You’ll be redirected to our Host signup page, containing information about Hosting and a signup form with your pre-filed details
- Select the Accommodation types that you plan to list
- Click“Get Started” to become a Host and start your listing
