I already have a Camper account and I want to become a Host

To become a Host using your existing Hipcamp account, follow these steps:

Important: This process must be completed through a web browser on your computer or mobile device; the Hipcamp app does not support updating to a Host account.

On desktop

  1. Visit the Hipcamp website and log in with your current camper account email.
  2. Hover over your avatar/photo in the top-right corner of the page
  3. Select “Become a Host” from the dropdown menu
  4. You’ll be redirected to our Host signup page, containing information about Hosting and a signup form with your pre-filed details
  5. Select the Accommodation types that you plan to list
  6. Click“Get Started” to become a Host and start your listing

On mobile

  1. Log in to the Hipcamp website on your mobile using your camper account email
  2. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner
  3. Select “Become a Host” from the menu
  4. You’ll be redirected to our Host signup page, containing information about Hosting and a signup form with your pre-filed details
  5. Select the Accommodation types that you plan to list
  6. Click“Get Started” to become a Host and start your listing
