Instructions for mobile browser
On desktop
- Head to your Calendar page
- Click on Bulk Edit on the top right (please note this option will only appear if your site is currently live and not paused or in draft mode)
- Select the date range you’d like to block or unblock and click Next
- Toggle Availability under the site
- If blocking the date(s), select the reason for the closure and click Confirm
- Click Done when you have completed all the edits you want to make.
Note: If you see ‘Mixed’ availability, it means some of the dates you have selected are blocked and some are unblocked. You can hit the toggle to open all of the dates and then hit it again to close all of the dates.
To block specific dispersed sites under a single listing, click the "Advanced Site Management" drop-down menu under the listing name and select the sites you want to block. This option is only available for dispersed sites.
On the app
If you click on the Calendar tab at the bottom of the screen, you’ll be able to manage your availability:
- Click Manage at the top of the screen
- Select the date range you would like to block or unblock and click Continue
- If you want to block all sites: Click the button that says Block days
- If you want to block some sites: Toggle Availability for specific sites
- If you have multiple dispersed sites under a single listing, you can view all of the sites and block off specific sites by clicking Advanced site management
- Click Submit
On mobile web
- While logged in to your Host account on your phone’s browser, head to your Calendar page
- Tap Manage on the bottom right-hand side of your Calendar.
- Select the date range you would like to block or unblock
- Once the date(s) are selected, tap Next
- You can toggle Availability of each site below the site name
- If you have multiple dispersed sites under a single listing, you can view all of the sites and block off specific sites by clicking Advanced site management
- Hit Done
