We’re building the most comprehensive online directory of camping, glamping, and RV destinations in the United States—and that means every campground has a listing on Hipcamp.
If your campground is open to the public, and the information we have is accurate, your listing will remain published on Hipcamp to help more campers find you.
If you do not wish to receive bookings through Hipcamp, you can contact us at any time to opt out of Hipcamp bookings. Your listing will remain visible, but it will show as “not currently taking bookings on Hipcamp.”
What if my campground has permanently closed?
If a campground is no longer operating, we work to confirm this with the campground operator and remove the listing from our site. We consider a campground permanently closed when the business fully ceases to operate as an accommodation provider—for example, seasonal closures during winter do not result in a listing being removed.
Want more control of your listing?
If you're interested in updating your listing or managing how bookings are handled, we recommend verifying your listing. Verification gives you full control and helps you turn your free Hipcamp listing into a powerful marketing tool. Find out more here.
