The best way to get in touch with Hipcamp Support is to submit a request through our webform. We are usually able to respond within a few hours, but sometimes when incoming enquiries are high, it may take longer. Please only file one support ticket per question.

If you are experiencing a situation that may require law enforcement or other emergency services, please contact the local authorities if necessary.
