Each assignment consists of one Land or property and that property will have at least one camping or glamping pitch, sometimes many more. The minimum required number of photos is 15, regardless of how many pitches there are, and payment is the same even if there is more than one camping or glamping pitch at the property.
If a Land has more than 1 pitch type, please fully shoot the pitch you have booked, its setting and amenities, as well as shooting at least one cover photo for each of the remaining pitch types (up to a maximum of 6 different pitches). Here are some examples:
- Example 1: You stay at a campsite with grass pitches for tents and hard-standings with electricity for motorhomes. You can shoot 14 photographs of the tent pitch you booked and its amenities and 1 photograph of a campervan pitch, to total the required 15 minimum.
- Example 2: You stay at a similar campsite that also offers 5 bell tents for glampers. You can shoot 9 photos of the pitch you booked and its amenities, 1 photo of a campervan pitch, plus a cover photo of each of the bell tents, to total the required 15 minimum.
- Example 3: You stay at a quirky glamping site with 10 different, unique, types of accommodation, such as a yurt, a treehouse, a spaceship, and a converted bus. Since there are more than 6 different types of accommodation, you are not required to shoot them all. If you find yourself in this situation, please ask the Host which 6 pitches they would like you to prioritise.
What if the Host asks me to shoot all of their pitches and they have more than six different types? You can kindly explain to them that you are not paid to do that, and direct them to this FAQ for further information.
How should I upload photos of more than one pitch type? The best option is to upload relevant photos to the individual unit page itself. Each unit page has an "Add Photos" button at the top where you can do this. You could also caption the images, such as "Cabin A" and "Cabin B", as per the pitch names, to help our curator figure out where the photos should go. Either way, please make it clear!
