Hosts are able to cancel a booking through the app. However, we ask that you keep your calendar up to date and use our calendar integrations tools to avoid having to cancel bookings.
To cancel a booking on the app:
- First, navigate to the booking you'd like to cancel in the app. You can do this from either the Bookings tab or Calendar tab. When you find the booking you would like to cancel, click on it to view the booking details.
- Scroll down until you see the red "Cancel booking" button at the bottom.
- Click "Cancel booking"
- Click "Next"
- Select a reason and confirm the cancellation below
Once you complete these steps, the Hipcamper will be refunded for the booking and those dates will reopen on your calendar.
