If you are within your Host's Cancellation Policy, you will be refunded everything minus our non-refundable Hipcamp service fee, which ranges between 8% and 18% depending on the cost of the booking. It can take up to 7 business days to be reflected on the card you paid with.
If you'd like an official receipt of your refund, please get in touch with Hipcamp Support and we'd be happy to send that your way at any time.
If you cancel outside of the Host's Cancelation Policy, you will automatically not be refunded.
