If you are within your Host's Cancellation Policy, you will be refunded everything minus our non-refundable Hipcamp service fee, which ranges between 8% and 18% depending on the cost of the booking.
When eligible for a refund, we issue your refund immediately when you cancel. Your bank may take 7-10 business days to post the refund to your account.
When a refund is issued, you are sent an email that includes the refund amount and receipt. You can also find your official receipt on your Trips page on the Hipcamp website.
Please note that if you cancel outside of the Host's Cancelation Policy, you will automatically not be refunded.
