We understand that these things happen and that declines can be associated with our own product issues, but our policy states that you can't decline more than 20 percent of your booking requests. If you pass this threshold, we’ll reach out to see if we can help—if it's due to a product feature we haven't released to better support you, you can let us know at this time so we understand why the declines are happening. If we don't hear back and find a solution that’s better for you moving forward, we may sleep your listing.
