If you have concerns about the safety, accuracy, or quality of a listing, please message email@example.com as soon as you get a chance so we can resolve those issues with the Host. Any suggestions on how to mitigate these concerns is also welcome.
If you have constructive criticism that you think the Host would like to hear, you can pass it along in the "private feedback" section of your review flow. The review flow is triggered when you specify yes, no, or maybe to the question, "would you recommend ___________," which can be found in the email sent to you following your trip.
If you've got constructive, positive suggestions for the Host, you're encouraged to share it with them directly in the above flow.
