How do I edit my listing description?

If you have a Listing with dispersed sites (Hipcamper chooses a site on arrival), you should ensure that your Listing description provides accurate and detailed information! Hipcampers will see your Listing description when booking a dispersed site.

Note: If you have a Listing with designated sites, you should update the description for each specific site instead. You can find more information here: What details can I add to each designated site on my Listing?

To add more information to your listing description for dispersed sites, follow these easy steps on the website (for app instructions, click here):

1. Login to Hipcamp.com
2. Click on Dashboard
3. Click on Property
4. Click on Edit listing on the listing you’re wanting to edit
5. Click on Description

8. Once your edit is complete, click on Save and continue

Updating the description on the app:

1. Tap the Property tab at the bottom of the app home screen
2. Tap the pencil icon next to Description
3. Edit your description and then click Done

That’s it! You’re all set! Your listing description has been edited.
