As a Host, you have the ability to flag a Hipcamper review to our Support Team if you would like us to follow up with you about your review. Here are some examples of situations that may need our Support Team's attention:
- Damaged property
- Leaving a trace (ex: rubbish left at Unit)
- Disrespectful behaviour
Not all negative Hipcamper reviews will require our team to get involved, as many of them can simply be useful for other Hosts to read and consider before accepting bookings from the Hipcamper in the future. However, if a concerning situation took place during a booking, we do want to know about it to make sure it doesn't happen again.
Use the flag function in the Hipcamper review to notify our team about the Hipcamper issue, and we will reply directly to you to address the situation.
