If you are unable to see your property, Host tools, or messages on your Hipcamp account, you are most likely signed into a duplicate account that is not the same as the one that is connected to your Host account.
Your Host account may have been created by logging in with Facebook, Apple ID or under another email address.
Think about the email address you used when you created your Host account!
You should sign out of Hipcamp and sign back in with your credentials that are connected to your live Host account. If you need to reset your password, you can follow these instructions, and you'll be back in your account in no time!
