Important: We’re not able to move a booking between different designated units in the system. In such cases, you will need to cancel and rebook at the correct unit.
Once you rebook, you can Contact Hipcamp Support (click here) so we can ensure that your original service fee is refunded! Please note that it could take 7-10 business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
We recommend notifying your Host that you intend to change units prior to cancelling so that they are aware of the change.
